Hot Pilates

Our signature slow-burn Pilates class focuses on intentional movement, precise form, and higher repetitions to create deep, lasting strength. This low-impact, high-intensity experience targets your core, glutes, and full body through controlled, mindful sequences designed to lengthen, strengthen, and stabilize. Infrared-heated studio (85°–95°)

What to bring: Yoga mat, grippy socks, towel, and water.
All levels welcome. Modifications are always offered.

Hot Yoga

A power vinyasa–inspired flow that links breath and movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This infrared-heated class will challenge your body, clear your mind, and leave you feeling strong and aligned. Infrared-heated studio (85°–95°).

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, and water.
All levels welcome. Modifications and amplifications are always offered.

Hot Sculpt

Hot Sculpt is our signature music-driven workout inspired by yoga sculpt, Pilates, and barre. This full-body class combines strength training, cardio, and controlled sculpt work to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and elevate your energy.

Set in our infrared-heated studio (85°–95°), expect a powerful, beat-based experience designed to challenge your body, clear your mind, and leave you feeling strong and aligned.

Prenatal Pilates

A slow, supportive Pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and help you move confidently throughout pregnancy. Classes are taught by pre- and postnatal certified instructors. This class is not infrared heated for the safety and comfort of mom and baby.

What to bring: Yoga mat, grip socks, towel, and water.
All trimesters welcome - please ask your physician for approval.

New Mama Sculpt (Mommy & Me)

A supportive sculpt class designed to help new mamas rebuild strength, reconnect to their core, and strengthen the pelvic floor. The studio is not heated, and classes are taught by pre- and postnatal certified instructors.

BYOB: Bring Your Own Baby. Babies 12 months and younger are welcome. (not yet walking please)
