ALIGN Studio Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ALIGN Studio. By purchasing classes, memberships, gift cards, or attending classes at ALIGN Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all ALIGN Studio locations, including Dallas, Texas and Winter Park, Florida.

1. Membership Terms

Memberships are billed monthly via auto-pay to the credit card on file.

Some memberships require a minimum commitment period, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. After the initial commitment period, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

To cancel your membership, you must submit a written request via email to info@alignstudio.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.

Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

2. Class Packages & Single Classes

Class packages and single classes:

• Expire according to the expiration date stated at purchase
• Are non-refundable
• Are non-transferable
• May not be shared

Unused classes will be forfeited after the expiration date.

3. One-Month Unlimited Membership

One-Month Unlimited memberships:

• Expire one month from purchase date
• auto-renew - To cancel your membership, you must submit a written request via email to info@alignstudio.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
• Are non-refundable and non-transferable

4. Class Reservation, Late Cancel & No-Show Policy

Due to limited class sizes, reservations must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to class start time.

Late Cancel:

If you cancel within 4 hours of class:

• Members will be charged a $15 late cancel fee
• Class package holders will forfeit the class credit

No-Show:

If you do not attend a reserved class:

• Members will be charged a $20 no-show fee
• Class package holders will forfeit the class credit

These policies allow us to honor our instructors and offer spots to waitlisted clients.

5. Waitlist Policy

If you are added to class from the waitlist, you are responsible for attending or canceling within the cancellation window to avoid fees.

6. Payments

ALIGN Studio accepts all major credit cards.

Cash is not accepted.

If a payment fails:

• Your account may be suspended
• Access to classes may be restricted

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

• Are non-refundable
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash

Gift cards may be used toward classes, memberships, or retail.

8. Studio Policies

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

• Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted.
• Phones must be silenced during class.
• ALIGN Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Classes, instructors, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

9. Health & Liability

By attending classes, you acknowledge that fitness classes, including infrared-heated classes, involve physical activity and inherent risks.

You voluntarily participate at your own risk.

You agree that ALIGN Studio and its staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses.

Clients who are pregnant, injured, or have medical conditions should consult a physician prior to participation.

A signed waiver is required.

10. Pricing

All prices, memberships, and packages are subject to change without notice.

Existing purchases will be honored according to the terms at the time of purchase.
